All newer Proform models use a specific deck wax, but your Manage My Home profile did not state what model of Proform you have and the lubes for older models are not compatible with newer ones.
For models made after about 1997, you can get deck wax through your Sears store or Sears.com using the part number 06.831.134591 or you can get a Wax Kit that includes extra wax and an applicator wand using part number 06.831.202557.
Models older than about 1997 did not use the deck wax, they used a silicone-based spray like those found at any auto parts store. The exception would be if the walk belt has been changed in the last few years. In many cases, the tech would have installed a newer style belt which will also take the new style deck wax. In that case, look for a sticker the tech would have applied advising not to use the old style silicone lube anymore as it can damage the newer belts.
