How do I install a mower deck?

How do I install a new mower deck on tractor model 917.27267?

To install your mower deck, do the following:

1. Raise the attachment lift lever to its highest position.
   
2. Slide the mower under the tractor with the deflector shield to the right side of the tractor (as viewed from the riding position).
   
3. Lower the lift lever to its lowest position.
   
4. Connect the front links to the mower deck and secure with the retainer spring-clips.
   
5. Connect the deck suspension arms to the rear deck brackets and secure with retainer spring-clips.
   
6. Connect the anti-sway bar to the chassis bracket and secure with retainer spring-clips.
   
7. Push the clutch cable housing guide (the guide on the end of the cable) into the bracket at the right-rear of the mower, then slide the collar onto the guide and secure with large retainer spring-clip.
   
8. Place the flat washer and clutch spring on top of the idler pulley bolt and secure with small retainer spring-clip.
   
9. Install belt onto engine pulley.

The deck should now be on properly. You may want to check the level and rake just to be sure the new deck cuts as smooth and even as possible.
