Garage opener won't work with remotes. Will work with wall switch if you hold it down? 1 LED green 1 amber LED.

Chamberlain Liftmaster Pro 05 horse LED blinking lights one green and one amber I disconnected the wiring from the main unit to bypass but still would not work.

The LED lights you mentioned are likely blinking or different colors due to a misalignment.

The safety sensor "eyes" need to "see" each other clearly or the door will not close with the remotes and can only close with the wall switch if you continuously hold down the button. In that way, it is certain that anyone closing the door will be in clear view of the door for the entire time it is closing.

Any opener has enough power to seriously harm anything it might accidentally close on, so due to safety considerations the opener is designed so it will not work without the safety sensors operating normally and the sensors cannot be bypassed.
