How do I get a manual for my garage doors?

Model motor 139.53964SRT serial 14203C00387 I have 2 garage doors each with a remote. One opens and closes with the remote, the second opens but does not close. the light just blinks. I have to go to the wall unit and hold it down to close. Need a manual to help give me an explanation and instructions.
