1. TO ENTER: To enter, go to http://www.managemylife.com, follow the onscreen instructions, and become a registered member of Manage My Life. The Manage My Life Sears Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time and ends February 28, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Entry Period”). Limit one entry per person. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.
3. DRAWINGS: Drawings will be conducted on or about November 1, 2009; December 1, 2009; January 1, 2010; February 1, 2010; and March 1, 2010 (each a “Drawing Date”). On or about each Drawing Date, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the month prior to the Drawing Date. For example, on or about November 1, 2009, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received between October 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009. Drawings will be conducted by a Manage My Life representative, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners do not need to be present at time of drawing; they will be contacted by email.
4. PRIZES (5): Sears Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value: $250 each. Total Retail Value of Prizes: $1250. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Limit one Prize per household. Gift card restrictions may apply.
5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of first attempted notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential Winners will be contacted via the email address provided while completing the survey. Potential prize winners will be asked to supply a postal mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and a telephone number within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize recipient. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited. By accepting Prize, winner consents to use of his/her name and likeness for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone. If for any reason, this program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
6. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of prize winners, available after March 31, 2010, send an e-mail to marketing@contact.managemyhome.com to be received no later than May 30, 2010.
