Installation
Have you ever installed a product and later worried that a connection wasn’t safe, or a bracket wasn’t secure, or that you missed an important step? You don’t have to worry any more. Our professional installers are skilled, trained, experienced and equipped with the tools they need to do the job right.
Your TV installation (Standard (non-wall-mount) or Premium (wall-mount)) will include*:
- 1-year installation warranty
- Sears service experience
- New TV set-up and connection with existing system
- Connection of up to three additional components to new system
- Bundling of wires and cables neatly behind components
- Testing and demonstration of TV and remote operation
- Clean up and disposal of any job-related materials
- Plasma or LCD TV mounting on bracket (Premium only)
- Removal and proper disposal of old TV (one television)
Also included in our Standard Plus and Premium Plus options are:
- Concealing wires and cables
- Moving a second existing non-wall-mounted TV to another room and connecting it to an existing system
- Consolidation of up to three remote controls

In-home repair or in-store repair
For televisions, we offer in-home repair and maintenance service as well as in-store repair service.
Should your large screen television ever need service, or if you’d like to set up preventative maintenance, just call our toll-free number to schedule an appointment in your home. Small screen televisions, typically smaller than 32”, can be brought to us and we’ll fix them. We’ll take your televisionin and provide you with a cost estimate and repair schedule in advance. Plus, finding a location near you is easy — just use our store locator or call us and we’ll get it fixed fast.
